One of the Coventry based outfit's new Caetano Levante 3 coaches for work on the National Express network, delivered very recently, and likely one of the first to pay a visit to Dudley. It was pictured operating a 410 service from London to Wolverhampton.

There were two unusual visitors to the town, parked up on 'The Patch' which is used for layovers, in the form of two of the Manchester based Mostonian's coaches, a VanHool T917 Astron and a T917 Altano, respectively. I presume they were there on an excursion to the town.
National Express West Midlands 2123
Operating out of Park Lane garage in Wolverhampton, 2123 (BX12 DFZ) is a 2012 Wright Eclipse 2 bodied Volvo B7RLE, and was seen on one of the timetabled short workings of the X8 route, terminating in Dudley. It's usually in the hands of a batch of ADL Enviro400 MMC deckers, which carry branding for the route. The short workings are due to be replaced by an extension of the 8, which currently runs from Wollaston Farm to Wren's Nest, via Merry Hill and Dudley, which will see that route transferred to Park Lane.
